从开始用tensorflow相关，才开始接触Python，看起来没啥问题，但是写起来还是有很多不习惯，不知道有没有和我一样的，为了给自己做下笔记，特意加上这一部分（过程中会不断更新）：

注意 ret, frame = cap.read() 需要返回两个参数，否则会出错。
